4. Payments

  • The remaining balance must be paid before the final website or project files are delivered unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Late payments may delay project delivery.

5. Revisions

Reasonable revisions are included according to the agreed package. Additional revisions or major design changes after approval may require extra charges.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of the completed website and agreed project assets transfers to the client. Paid Growth Hub reserves the right to display completed projects in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

7. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information.
  • Review work and provide feedback promptly.
  • Maintain ownership or permission for any content supplied.

8. Limitation of Liability

Paid Growth Hub is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from the use of our website or services. While we aim to deliver high-quality work, we do not guarantee specific business results, rankings, or revenue.

9. Third-Party Services

Projects may include third-party platforms such as WordPress, Google Business Profile, hosting providers, plugins, or payment gateways. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Payments made for completed work are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
